Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 5th Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on October 2, 2023. The City of Farmersville’s Blackland Prairie Park Acquisition project was granted $850,000.00 in funding.
Action Requested: It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve and execute the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Farmersville for the Blackland Prairie Park Acquisition project ($850,000) bond project OI18PG36.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement 2024-303 Blackland Prairie Park Acquisition project between Collin County and the City of Farmersville concerning the Blackland Prairie Park Acquisition project (Bond #OI18PG36) at the amount of $850,000.00. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. ED
