Department Action

Requesting approval for renewal in the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) 1033 Surplus Property Program with the United States Department of Defense. This program will allow the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property at no cost to the County.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the authorization for renewal to continue to participate in the LESO Program and further authorize County Judge to execute same. The program will allow the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property at no cost to the County.-SAH

Requesting approval to continue to participate in the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) Surplus Property Program. Program allows the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property. Collin County will be responsible for maintaining any property obtained.
