The IRS has selected the Unlimited Tax Road And Refunding Bonds, Series 2015, $74,311,981.30 for examination. I am requesting authorization to enter into agreement with bond counsel, Bracewell LLP, for representation. Funding available in the 2015 Bond Fund (4213).

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action to (1) grant an exemption from the bid process per Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4) for professional services; (2) approve agreement 2024-331 Engagement Letter for Bracewell LLP; and (3) authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. gz
