Approval for the creation of a regular, full-time position on a temporary basis from 6/10/2024 - 7/7/2024 to allow the current County Administrator, Bill Bilyeu, time to train his replacement before his retirement date on 7/5/2024. Salary and fringe cost of the position for two (2) pay periods totals approximately $24,138.15, using an annual rate of $250,000.
