Public Works requests Commissioners Court approval to award bid 2024-202, Lubricants, Oils and Miscellaneous to the attached various vendors and line items.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding (1) approval to award IFB 2024-202, Lubricants, Oils and Miscellaneous to lowest and best bidders per the attached contract data sheet; and, (2) to draw lots for the tied primary bid between two (2) vendors per LGC § 262.027(b) If two responsible bidders submit the lowest and best bid, the Commissioners Court shall decide between the two by drawing lots in a manner prescribed by the County Judge. Two (2) line item resulted in tied bids per the attached bid tabulation.-SAH
