Department Action

For the upcoming fiscal year 2025, I respectfully request the renewal of the professional service agreement with Collin County for Jerry Barnett, R. Ph. The cost of Jerry Barnett’s service agreement is a budgeted expense that would not require any additional county funding. Jerry Barnett provides services as a pharmacist for Collin County Health Care Services (CCHCS). In order for us to maintain our Class D Pharmacy License, we are required by law to have at least one pharmacist who is under written agreement that will perform the duties that are outlined in the Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 291, Subchapter E, Rule 291.92.
