Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval of Change Order No. 3 to Sedalco, Inc. for Contract No. 2023-398, Construction: CCADF Medical Mental Health Expansion.
PCO 001 -City of McKinney required changes to Civil plans. Changes were issued to the Contractor by the Architect through PR#0l. These changes include relocation of the fire riser room, sizing and quantity changes of utility piping, quantity of sidewalk & paving changes, and changes in elevations of earthwork. These changes extend the critical path of the project by 22 days, therefore the Contractor's additional general conditions are included in this change order.
This change order adds 22 calendar days to the schedule's critical path.
Total amount of this change order is- $309.452.78 or 0.29% of contract.
