Department Action

In accordance with HB 3834, contractors who have access to a Health and Human Services (HHS) system or database must complete a certified cybersecurity awareness training approved by Department of Information Resources (DIR) before execution of a contract with HHS. WIC has completed this requirement using the cybersecurity training provided by our County IT Department, incurring no additional costs to our program.
In addition to completing the training, we must also submit Form 3834: Written Acknowledgement of Completion of Cybersecurity Training Program to our HHS contract manager after being signed by our authorized contract representative, Judge Chris Hill, attesting to current and continued compliance with the training requirements.
