On March 11, 2024 Commissioners Court approved Possession and Use Agreements for 11 parcels with TxDOT for US380 project. TxDOT has sent payment for 10 of those parcels.
The funds totaling $145,264.40 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code that the land was purchased from.
