Department Action

Commissioners Court approved the county’s participation in the Engineering and Construction of Park Blvd West from FM 1378 to FM 2514 (Parker Rd.) with Wylie on October 10, 2022. The county is responsible for acquiring the right of way (ROW) for the portion of the roadway in our roadway inventory that is outside the city limits. At this time, we are seeking the courts' permission to acquire the ROW and associated temporary construction easements and or drainage easements from five parcels from Westgate to FM 2514 (Parker Rd.) as referenced in the attached parcel strip map (County parcels shown in orange). Funds are available in RI070076-4213-750300013-809682
