Commissioners Court approved the engineering services agreement with BGE on April 20, 2020 for the preparation of design plans for the FM 546/Myrick Phase 1 project. BGE is at 90% design and the county is ready to acquire right of way. We are seeking permission from the court to acquire parcels associated with the above referenced project and as referenced in the attached parcel strip map. Funds are available in RI18005CO-4025-750300013-809682
