The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests the Commissioners Court consideration to award Contract Number 2024-341, for Law Enforcement Uniforms to be worn by various Collin County departments. Coop Contract 2024-341 is recommended per the attached documentation, as the overall lowest and best bidders, meeting specifications as evaluated by the Purchasing Department.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Contract No. 2024-341, Law Enforcement Uniforms and Accessories, through BuyBoard Cooperative Contract No. 670-22 to Galls, LLC, through May 31, 2025. This contract will be utilized by multiple departments to include the Sheriff’s Office, Fire Marshal, Juvenile Detention, and Constables. svm
