In coordination with the Purchasing Department, Health Care Services requests approval to award Contract 2024-358 for vaccine purchases through the Texas SmartBuy Contract 269-C1 to the following vendors:

Cardinal Health 110, LLC
GlaxoSmithKline LLC
Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC
Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC

The term of this contract begins July 1, 2024 and continues through and including June 8, 2025. I respectfully request that you approve this contract award to continue Collin County Health Care Services’ ability to provide vaccines to Collin County employees and the public.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Health Care Foundation Board consideration and any action regarding approval to award Coop Contract No. 2024-358, Vaccines, through Texas SmartBuy Contract 269-C1 to procure various vaccines from a multi-vendor contract under the Statewide Procurement Division, a part of the Minnesota Multistate Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy (MMCAP), also known as MMCAP Infuse. The contract term will be effective from the date of awarding through and including June 8, 2025. svm
