This is notification of establishing the budget for the District Attorney’s Forensic Evidence Testing Program for FY 2021 in the amount of $156,465. This State funding is provided through the Office of the Governor (OOG) Criminal Justice Division (CJD). The grant period is from September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021. The grant award was accepted on 11/02/2020 court on agenda #49352 (Court Order# 2020-1103-11-02).
