Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award contract 2021-096, Vehicles, F-150 First Responders for Sheriff, to Silsbee Ford, Inc. through their Buyboard cooperative contract No. 601-19, to purchase two (2) Ford F-150 First Responder pickups for a total amount of $92,710.50 and notification of attached budget amendment to use Federal Forfeiture funds (1065) for purchase of the trucks and accessories as well as remove and install graphics on unit 55620. MD

Public Works Comments -
There are sufficient funds for fuel/maintenance for these two trucks in the FY21 budget. These two trucks will not be replaced through the annual replacement schedule.

Funds available in the amount of $100,982 in the Sheriff's Office Federal Forfeiture Fund (1065) for the purchase of 2 vehicles and the conversion of a current vehicle.See attached budget amendment for details.
