Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Lucas. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2020 and continuing through and including September 30, 2021 at a cost to the City of $14,970.00 for Animal Shelter services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment # 13 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Lucas, AGR 10096-09, to set the rate for FY2021 to be effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
