We request approval of an amendment to the contract with Knight Security for RFP 2019-131, Surveillance Camera Systems to add the 900 Building Tax Office in the amount of $50,616.92. In addition, Collin County IT Department will purchase and install the required Cisco switch equipment.

Amendment No. 4 to Knight Security Systems, LLC for RFP 2019-131, Surveillance Camera Systems to add camera systems at the 900 Building Plano Tax Office per Knight Security Systems, LLC proposal No. 17738-3-0 in the amount of $50,616.92 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same; 2.) purchase of required Cisco switch equipment from CDW LLC dba CDW Government through the TIPS Cooperative Contract #200105 in the amount of $10,793.38. The installation of the switch equipment will be completed by the Collin County IT Department; 3.) a budget amendment in the amount of $61,411.00. jdg

Budgeted funds available for Amendment No. 4 to RFP 2019-131, Surveillance Camera Systems with Knight Security Systems, LLC to add camera systems to the Plano Tax Office 900 Building at a cost of $50,616.92 for a new contract total of $424,793.98. Also included is the purchase of equipment in the amount of $10,793.38 from CDW LLC dba CDW Government through TIPS Cooperative Contract #200105. Budget amendment in the amount of $61,411 is attached. 2018 Tax Notes Fund (4406).
