Commissioners Court approved the funding recommendations for the 2018 Parks and Open Space Bond, 3rd Series, Project Funding Assistance Program on September 27, 2021 (CO# 2021-963-09-27). The Town of Fairview’s State Highway 5 to Stoddard Road Trail Connection project was granted $44,915 in funding.

ACTION:
We seek Commissioners Court approval and execution of the attached Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Fairview for the State Highway 5 to Stoddard Road Trail Connection project, ($44,915) bond project OI18PG13.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Fairview concerning the State Highway 5 to Stoddard Road Trail Connection project; Bond Project OI18PG13. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation is a NTE $44,915.00.
