Department Action

The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests Commissioner’s Court approval of contract amendment No. 4 to 2017-086 with Mission Critical Partners, LLC. The amendment is an extension of our contract through December 31, 2022. MCP provides consulting services.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 4 to contract 2017-086, Consulting Services: Phase III Implementation P25 Trunked Radio System with Mission Critical Partners, LLC to (1) extend the contract through December 31, 2022; and (2) add Force Majeure to Terms of Contract and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. jdg
