Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Amendment #2 (Contract No. 2019-375) for the ILA providing the City of Blue Ridge fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2022. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement 2019-375, Fire Inspection and Fire Plan Review with the City of Blue Ridge for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 at the same rates established in the original agreement, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. AZ

Budget Department Action

Amendment No. 2 to Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-375 between Collin County and the City of Blue Ridge for fire inspections and fire plan review services. Renewal for one (1) year to include same rates set forth in the original award. City of Blue Ridge to pay Collin County for the services provided on an as needed basis. Agreement period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
