Department Action

The Engineering Department requests that the Frontier Parkway Interlocal Agreement with the City of Celina and Town of Prosper be amended to include additional design and construction features for the benefit of future developments that require access to Frontier Parkway. New features may include, but are not limited to: traffic signal accommodations, sidewalks and accommodations for access/connection to Frontier Parkway, such as left turn lanes, median openings, and deceleration/right turn lanes within the project limits. The cost of the new features will be shared or paid in full by either Prosper and/or Celina according to the municipalities’ agreed upon shared/paid in full costs.

Action:
It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve Frontier Parkway Interlocal Agreement Amendment No. 1 with the City of Celina and Town of Prosper and authorize execution by the County Judge.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to amend the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina and the Town of Prosper to include additional design and construction features for the benefit of future developments that require access to Frontier Parkway that will be shared/paid in full by either the City of Celina or Town of Prosper. Further, authorize the County Judge to execute the amended agreement. MD

Budget Department Action

Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Celina and the Town of Prosper to include additional design and construction features. Additional features added that result in an added cost, Celina and Prosper will send funding to cover their portions and budget amendments completed to the appropriate expenditure accounts.

Auditor's Office Action

Funding to be received from City of Celina and the Town of Prosper. Budget Amendment to allocate funding to expense accounts will be entered upon receipt of funding.
