Public Works received a written request from Andrew Armstrong, the Director of the Texas High School Cycling League to facilitate a bicycle race on March 27, 2022. This will be the thirteenth consecutive race that has been facilitated by Collin County. Public Works requests Commissioners Court approval to facilitate the bicycle race.
