Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 3 to contract 2017-121, Inmate Telephone Services with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC to 1) add inmate tablets as detailed in the proposal attached, and 2) implement a six (6) month trial of ICS Mail Scanning Service as detailed in the attached proposal, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. ha

This is a secure standalone system in the Jail. No IT services required.

Budget Department Action

Request for Amendment No. 3 to Contract 22017-121, Inmate Telephone Services with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC to add inmate tablets at no cost to Collin County and implement a six-month trial of ICS Mail Scanning Service. Collin County will not be responsible for the maintenance of the new devices.
