Request Commissioners Court consideration and action regarding approval of Change Order No. 3 to IFB 2020-140, Postmortem, Toxicology with National Medical Services, Inc. dba NMS Labs to add Exhibit A fee schedule in the event any of these tests are required by the Medical Examiner and further allow Purchasing Agent to execute the same. Exhibit A is an all-inclusive list of tests offered by National Medical Services, Inc. dba NMS Labs beyond the County's most commonly ordered tests. While not commonly used, the Medical Examiner may need to order from this exhibit occasionally. gz
