Funds available in the amount of $370,607.72 for the award of RFP No. 2019-131 for Surveillance Camera Systems. Budget Adjustment attached in the amount of $178,530 from a completed permanent improvement project as well as funding from the Tax Office budget will make up the funding shortfall for the Tax Office portion of the project. The RFP is for the Tax Office and Minimum Security. Contract period effective on the date of award and continues until complete with three (3) year warranty. (0001-General Fund & 0499-Permanent Improvement Fund).
