Department Action

The Collin County Juvenile Probation Department, acting through the Collin County Juvenile Board, has entered into an agreement with the Rockwall County Juvenile Probation Department, acting through the Rockwall County Juvenile Board, to provide residential services for adjudicated youth. Services will be provided pursuant to contractual terms and sanction guideline level five (5) progressive sanctions model for youth adjudicated for sex offenses. Rockwall County will be billed for residential services provided by the Collin County probation department’s residential treatment program under the agreement.

Contract between Collin County Juvenile Probation Department and Rockwall County Juvenile Probation Department to provide inpatient services at the Collin County Post Adjudication Facility at a rate of $197.69 per day for residential juvenile sex offender treatment services. Agreement term is September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. All medical and dental treatment will be billed to Rockwall County Juvenile Probation Department. (0001)-General Fund.
