Department Action

The Collin County Juvenile Probation Department, acting through the Collin County Juvenile Board, has entered into an agreement with the Rockwall County Juvenile Probation Department, acting through the Rockwall County Juvenile Board, to provide detention services for pre-adjudicated youth.  Services will be provided pursuant to contractual terms and all applicable provisions of the Texas Family and Administrative Codes.  Rockwall County will be billed for detention services rendered under the agreement.
