Department Action

This is a notification to establish a budget of $53,059 for the FY 2021 Title IV-E County Legal Services grant, which provides for the partial reimbursement of county legal services for CPS cases. The current grant term is 10/01/2020 – 9/30/2021.

The funds come from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services under Contract #HHS000285100011, and are a pass-through of federal funds originating from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
