Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to award: Construction, New Office Building for Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace and Constable – IFB No. 2020-272, to the best evaluated and lowest responsive bidder, M-PAK, in the amount of $2,215,000. to include the base bid along with alternate 2.
We also request a Budget Amendment to combine funds available in various accounts within Project Code FI18LAVNCH in the amount of $403,693.50 and an additional $250,000.00 from Contingency be added to the Building Construction account for FI18LAVNCH.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award IFB 2020-272, Construction, New Office Building for Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace & Constable to M-Pak Construction, Inc. the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Construction Agreement.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $2,215,000 for the award of IFB 2020-272, Construction, New Office Building for Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace & Constable. Budget Adjustment included totaling $653,693.50 to move funding within the project to correct expenditure account as well as move $250,000 from the 2018 Tax Notes Contingency project to cover the budget shortfall. 2018 Tax Notes Fund (4406).
