We request Commissioners Court consideration of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Allen for Ridgeview Drive from US 75 to Chelsea, and Ridgeview Drive at US 75 TxDOT ROW participation; Bond Project RI07-007, as well as, approval of the budget adjustment. The County’s funding participation shall not exceed $755,715.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Allen regarding cost participation for the reconstruction of the US 75 and Ridgeview Dr. Interchange, Bond Project 07-007, and further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD

Collin County's participation shall not exceed the Collin County bond award of $755,715.00.

Budgeted funds available in the amount of $755,715 for an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Allen for Ridgeview Drive from US 75 to Chelsea and Ridgeview Drive at US 75. Budget Adjustment totaling $5,715 is attached. 2007 Bond Fund (4207).
