I am requesting approval for an lnterlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Baylor Scott & White. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Agreement 2020-396 Interlocal Jail Services for Baylor Scott & White effective October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 and may be renewed for additional one (1) year periods as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same.
