Department Action

Requesting approval to enter into an agreement with Appriss for the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS), contract #20202144900-339-01. The contract period is from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021 in the amount of $30,122.51. The OAG will reimburse Collin County for eligible expenses related to services to Collin County by
the vendor approved. The OAG contract is set on today’s agenda #49074 for approval.

Request Commissioners Court approval of First Contract Renewal for the Participating Entity Services Agreement for the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) and for the period September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021 and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh

FY 2021 OAG/VINE Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) Contract Agreement with Appriss and Collin County for the in the amount of $30,170.26. No county match required. The OAG will pay Appriss, Inc. directly for expenses related to SAVNS services delivered to the County by the vendor. Grant contract period September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021.
