We request Commissioners Court consideration of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of McKinney for design and construction of Wilmeth Rd from Lakeforest Dr to Hardin Blvd; Bond Project RI18010. The County’s funding participation shall not exceed $11,003,930.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of McKinney concerning the construction of Wilmeth Rd. from Lake Forest Drive to Hardin Boulevard, 2018 Bond Project RI18010, and further Authorize the County Judge to execute same. Collin County's participation is a NTE $11,003,930.00.
