Department Action

The Collin County Juvenile Probation Department currently contracts for Spartan Consulting for psychological assessments to assist the agency and juvenile court with judicial dispositions, treatment and supervision planning, and pre-employment evaluation for new staff. The department has been pleased with the performance of the current vendor and acting through the Collin County Juvenile Board, has elected to extend the contract for one (1) year, from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2021.

Purchasing Department Action

FYI notification of Amendment No. 1 to contract 2017-287, Services: Psychological Evaluations, Juvenile, with Spartan Psychological Consulting. This amendment renews the contract for its third and final term, October 1, 2020 through and including September 30, 2021, and adds County standard Force Majeure language to the Terms and Conditions.
