Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval for an extension of an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2020 and continuing through and including September 30, 2021.

Payment is bases on current population estimate of 12,290 residents x $.80 per resident. The City of Melissa has requested that Collin County continue to provide Environmental Services within the city limits of Melissa.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 5 to the Interlocal Environmental Services Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa, AGR 2015-333, for the period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh
