Department Action

The City of Celina has made the request to change the previously approved signage at the intersection of Preston and Outer Loop to incorporate illumination and a change to the blade size. The City of Celina has agreed to pay for their requested change in the amount of $3,809.32.

Attached is the Change Order Documentation and Memo from the City of Celina stating that Celina will pay for the associated cost for this change.

Recommended Action: It is requested that the Commissioners Court approve Change Order No. 2, and authorize the Auditor to transfer the funds received to RI18OL002-4021-750300013-809280.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of change order No. 2 to the contract with Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc., IFB 2019-109, Construction, Road, Collin County Outer Loop Access Road, Dallas Pkwy to East of SH 289, for City of Celina requested changes to the previously approved signage for the amount of $3,809.32 for which the City of Celina will pay for per the attached letter and approval to deposit funds into RI18OL002-4021-750300013-809280. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the change order. MD
