Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with ESRI-ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS for GIS maintenance and support. The FY22 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request and will be approximately $60,000.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY22 maintenance request.

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award Quote 2021-380, ESRI ArcGIS Software Maintenance, to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI). ESRI is a standard for ArcGIS per Court Order 2021-683-07-12 and a sole source per Court Order 2014-739-10-06. MRM
