At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize renewal of the SpindleMedia Tax Software Maintenance Agreement. The estimated FY22 renewal, budgeted as part of the non-departmental maintenance budget, is $151,200.

Request Commisioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance with Spindlemedia, Inc. for Software Maintenance for the Tax Collection Software (2014-271) for the period of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, per the attached in the amount of $126,937.00. ha

Note: Spindlemedia, Inc. is the sole source provider for the Tax Collection Software per Court Order 2014-479-07-28.
