Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Case and Jail Management Maintenance. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is for supported integrations. The FY22 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The estimated supported integrations maintenance cost is under $6,300.

This line item is included as part of the regular FY22 maintenance request.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew Odyssey Case and Jail Management Software Integrations (01318-09) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the period of June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022, per the attached in the amount of $6,086.26. ha
Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software System per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
