Department Action

Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize renewal the Juvenile Case Management System with TechShare. The maintenance payments, planned until the migration to the Tyler case management system is completed, should end in March 2022. The monthly payment is $21002.66 per month for October through December 2021. January through September 2022 will bill at $19,977.43 per month and will end when migration to Odyssey Supervision is completed. The JCMS renewal with TechShare LGC was approved under court order 2018-651-08-13.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of maintenance renewal for Juvenile Case Management System (JCMS) with TechShare Local Government Corporation for the period October 1, 2021 through December 30, 2021 ($63,007.98) and January 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 ($179,796.87), on a month to month basis to allow for the migration to Tyler case management system.
TechShare Local Government Corporation is designated as a sole-source for the maintenance per Court Order 2020-045-01-13. ha
