We respectfully request Commissioners Court to approve the Interlocal Agreement for Environmental Services with the City of Princeton. This agreement provides the contract for a one (1) year period from October 1, 2021 continuing through and including September 30, 2022, with five (5) additional one (1) year renewal periods.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of the Interlocal Agreement, AGR 2021-373, Environmental Services between Collin County and the City of Princeton for the period of October 1, 2021, through and including September 30, 2022, to include five (5) additional one (1) year renewal periods; further authorize the County Judge to finalize and execute same. slh
