Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court consideration and approval for an extension of the Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the City of Farmersville for Environmental Services for a one (1) year period commencing on October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement, AGR 2020-029, Environmental Services between Collin County and the City of Farmersville to (1) renew the agreement for the period of October 1, 2021 through and including September 30, 2022 (renewal 2 of 5); (2) set the new annual rate for fiscal year 2022; and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. slh

Budget Department Action

Amendment No. 2 of the ILA for Environmental Services with the City of Farmersville (AGR 2020-029). Revenue of $3,424 to Collin County for providing the service. Contract term is October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. General Fund (0001).

Revenues included in the FY 2022 Estimates. Budget anticipated to be approved for FY 2022.
