Commissioners Court has budgeted funds to acquire right-of-way for Outer Loop – Segment 3 (Limits from Custer Rd. to US 75).

The property owners for the specified parcels listed on the attached Commissioners Court Order have been offered compensation for their property. The offered amounts are equal to or exceed the fair market value of the property as appraised. These property owners have declined the County’s offer for compensation or are unresponsive.

Action:
The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to initiate condemnation proceedings to acquire the right-of-way needed for the Outer Loop from Custer Rd to US 75, as specified in the attached backup.
