The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully request the court's approval of the FY2022 Amendment to the Jail Services Agreement with Collin County Community College Distrct. The agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Jail Services Agreement between Collin County and the Collin County Community College District, AGR 2021-011, for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
