The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully request the court's approval of the FY2022 Amendment to the Jail Services Agreement with the City of Anna. The agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 2020-409 Jail Services with the City of Anna to set the rate for FY2022 to be effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
