Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the maintenance contract with Motorola Solutions for Public Safety Radio System Maintenance. The FY22 renewal will be budgeted as part of the dispatch department’s maintenance budget request. The maintenance cost is $70353.00.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY22 maintenance request.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of maintenance contract 2021-384 Public Safety Radio System Maintenance with Motorola Solutions Inc. for the period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 in the amount up to $70,353.00 and further authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. ha
The Sole Source provider for this service is Motorola, per Court Order No. 97-815-11-24.
