The Collin County Sheriff's Office respectfully request the court's approval of the FY 2022 Amendment to the Jail Services Agreement with Farmersville ISD. The Agreement is effective October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement AGR 2020-395 Jail Services with Farmersville ISD a to set the rate for FY2022 to be effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
