This is a request to apply for FY 2022 TxDOT Selective Traffic Enforcement Program - Impaired Driving Mobilization (STEP-IDM). The grant period is December 14, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

FY 2022 TXDOT Step IDM Grant to provide state funding for overtime opportunities for four (4) two-week mobilizations. Grant will require a match and funding is unknown until the grant is awarded. Grant Period is December 14, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

Auditor's Office Action

Grant application has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. The grant provides overtime enforcement opportunities for four (4) two week mobilizations, three of which occur in conjunction with major holidays: Christmas/New Year's, Independence Day and Labor Day. There will also be a mobilization focused on Spring Break. Grant period is December 14, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
