Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval for award of Chiller Maintenance through Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 030817-JHN to Johnson Controls. We recommend Johnson Controls to continue with the service and maintenance of the chillers at the following facilities: Central Plant, Juvenile Detention, and Minimum Security for a total cost of $88,620.45.
The contract term effective October 1, 2021 through and including September 30, 2022.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award contract 2022-030, Chiller Maintenance to Johnson Controls, Inc. utilizing the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract No. 030817-JHN for the following facilities: Central Plant (JCI proposal #1-1AZYRE4O), Juvenile Detention (JCI proposal #1-1AZYR9NS) and Minimum Security (JCI proposal #1-1AZYRE2W) for a total cost of $88,620.45, effective October 1, 2021, through and including September 30, 2022. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the maintenance agreements. jdg
