Department Action

The Law Library respectfully requests approval of the renewal contract for Carolyn Skogman, a licensed attorney, to continue to conduct forms review for the Law Library. These forms are given to self-represented litigants and must be accurate. The purpose of this review will be to verify that the forms are current per statutory changes at the end of the most recent legislative session. This contract will be funded through the Law Library Fund. The renewal contract period runs October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.

Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order No. 2 to 2019-314, Professional Service; Attorney, Law Library Form Review Project, with Law Office of Carolyn Skogman, PLLC, to (1) renew the contract for the period of October 1, 2021, through and including September 30, 2022, and (2) replace Exhibit G per the attached documentation, and authorization for Purchasing Agent to execute the same.
